Was a great customer experience but the best part was that I was overcharged due to a deal not coming off, no one’s faults. David managed to find me and my fam in a busy airport restaurant about 5 min away to tell me and process my refund. He really didn’t need to and I’d have never noticed. What’s a great experience. I was very grateful for the thorough and enthusiastic approach taken by Sharon. She clearly loves her job and it shines through in how she conducts herself. I was very lucky to find someone who was so knowledgeable about RayBan sunglasses, that I bought a pair I'd been looking at for well over 2 years! Her ability and honesty were the trigger for me to buy them at 0420 in the morning and I don't regret it at all. Well done to Sharon, she's a real credit to the company 😊
