Last Saturday between 3pm and 4pm i had the chance to experience the worse customer service ever, from what i believe is someone that shouldn’t even be "working". Arrogant, with 0 customer servive and will to do, apart for being on her phone and also complaining about the little work she had to do... she knows nothing about the products she has in the shop and when u let her politely notice that she's clearly and obviously wrong about something, she gives u attitude....never more in this shop, or at least if she's there horrible experience

Honestly what a great experience, firstly we came in to look at Meta glasses, we got 2 pairs due to David’s knowledge. Was a great customer experience but the best part was that I was overcharged due to a deal not coming off, no one’s faults. David managed to find me and my fam in a busy airport restaurant about 5 min away to tell me and process my refund. He really didn’t need to and I’d have never noticed. What’s a great experience. I have to say what a truly top notch experience I encountered when I shopped at Sunglasses Hut at Edinburgh Airport. I was very grateful for the thorough and enthusiastic approach taken by Sharon. She clearly loves her job and it shines through in how she conducts herself. I was very lucky to find someone who was so knowledgeable about RayBan sunglasses, that I bought a pair I'd been looking at for well over 2 years! Her ability and honesty were the trigger for me to buy them at 0420 in the morning and I don't regret it at all. Well done to Sharon, she's a real credit to the company 😊

Excellent customer service especially from a young man named Rowan who helped me pick out the perfect set of sunglasses to match my outfit and was all round a very kind and friendly soul who was happy to help and my conversation with him really brightened up my day. Was not a fan of the music that was playing in the store however, could do with a change. Other than that I had a very good experience at the sunglass hut and will be visiting again on my next holiday

States open at 5am and at 6am this was still closed. All other shops in the airport were open Thanks for ruining my birthday present. Wish I never bothered holding off to pick sunglasses for my holiday!!!
